Jeanette Landrith

Jeanette Landrith is a British-born dressage instructor with many years of equestrian experience. She earned her credentials back home in England in many facilities while gathering her training in all aspects of horsemanship. Along the way, Jeanette had opportunities to breeze race horses, jump steeple-chase, and went on to compete in show jumping and dressage.

It was the finesse of dressage that caught her eye and became her primary passion, so after moving to the United States, she decided to focus all her efforts on dressage. Under training from greats such as Jan-Ove Ollson, Jan Ebeling and Judy Kelly, she then in turn was able to compete, train  and eventually instruct others in the finer art of this beautiful sport.  Along the way, Jeanette has won numerous awards and championships for herself and her horses with the Midwest Dressage Association and the USDF. Jeanette's many clients over the years have gone on to win countless ribbons and year-end awards under her guidance.

It was while vacationing in Egypt, that Jeanette met her husband, David. At the time, they enjoyed galloping horses in the shadows of the great pyramids but she wanted more. Her life-long goal was to own and train at a farm of her own so after they married, Jeanette and David bought Tristan Manor Farm (formerly known as Tristan Oaks), from the late Violet Hopkins in 1989. As many in the dressage world are aware, Tristan Manor Farm is where the Midwest Dressage Association and the USDF began.
